I'm no expert, but here goes... your DOF is exquisite. Even to the "unclarity" of the figure's left hand... as if it blends into the beyond, evoking mystery, trans/multidimensionality. The location of the tree behind him stretches him, balancing the cropped lower legs. And yet, since we only see one side of his face, we have a single dimension - is the other eye closed? Can the closed eye see the trees beyond, or hear the rustling wind? There are no answers, only questions, though the seeker has both.
Perfect balance in your composition, vertical and horizontal and ethereal...
and the ceremonial silver of the being balances the softness and color of the surrounding flora...
